Here's Doug Sahm and his band promoting his first post-Sir Douglas Quintet album by not playing that many songs from it.  Good stuff, though.  Sahm made a career of exploring the assorted intersections of country, blues, rock, Tejano, and soul and this set is no exception.  I've been obsessed with it for months now, so I guess it's time to share with you.

Thanks! Dont have any rare Sahm recordings. Saw him at the very end of his life, and the dude was incredible.
